At the end of 2024, we conducted a customer satisfaction survey to gain deeper insights into our clients' experiences, needs, and expectations – helping us improve our products, service, and interactions.
The survey is complete, and the results are in. Thanks to a high response rate, we now have a reliable and representative view of customer satisfaction.
The overall feedback was very positive. In particular, the personal connection (“availability”) was rated as excellent. The constructive critical feedback also shows that the survey was taken seriously.
We are proud of the ‘Tops’ and will actively work on the ‘Tips’. These insights will guide our future improvements and the next survey.
